Stars Brut Reserva Cava 2021 75cl

A vineyard with history, with records of winemaking dating as far back as the Middle Ages. The tradition has continued with Javier Suqué Mateu, whose family has owned the estate for 3 generations. Every summer, Castillo Perelada hosts a music festival, and this Cava is a tribute to the stars that perform, past and present. There is a combination of Xarel·lo , Macabeu , and Parellada, and aged in the bottle for at least 15 months. The wine is fresh, crisp and summery with a dry and clean finish. Lasting notes of nuts and dried fruits, is a perfect aperitivo or with seafood tapas and salads.
