Pieropan La Rocca Soave 2021

A rich, zesty white with honeysuckle and almond notes. Pieropan were the first producer to bottle a wine with Soave on the the label denoting the region. This family run producer have been innovating in different ways since they started in the 1890's, including bottling a single vineyard Soave in the 1970's.

An organic, vegan wine great on its own or with food. Particularly nice with olives and cheese.

Official Tasting Notes
This is a fresh and expressive Soave, with classic aromas of white flowers, almond blossoms, marzipan and a touch of citrus. Rounded, ripe fruit is perfectly balanced by a fresh, clean acidity. Long and fragrant, it has a note of fine, almond pastry on the finish.
