Pochle Geal Apple Spirit

Pochle Geal is a distilled, un-aged spirit drink made right here in Edinburgh.  The distillers craft this spirit using apples that are unwanted or discarded from the diverse range of apple trees that are found locally. The name comes from the old Scots word pochle, meaning to take a small amount of something that doesn't necessarily belong to you.
