Super juicy and fresh. Bursting with citrus blossom and pineapple - This dry white is rich enough that it can even pair with sweet pastries!

The somewhat rare variety, Verdeca, is native to Puglia and this co-operative winery has embraced it wholeheartedly.

The winemaking here is designed to preserve freshness and primary fruit flavour. The juice is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 15 °C.

Official Tasting Notes
Straw yellow in colour, the nose shows aromatic white flowers mixed with citrus notes as well as pear and pineapple. Dry on the palate this is fresh and mineral like.
