Somewhat brighter and riper than its more northern counterparts, this Fiano retains that typical bitter almond finish - Pairs beautifully with all manner of fish and seafood but also stands up nicely to chicken dishes.

A blend of Fiano (85%) and the more aromatic Fiano Minutolo (15%) from 20 year old espalier-trained vines. The fruit is fermented and stabilised at a controlled temperature in stainless steel vats to preserve primary fruit flavours.

Official Tasting Notes
Straw yellow with slight green notes. Intense and complex sweet apple and pear perfume with some soft orange flora. Dry, well structured and a palate that reflects the delicious aroma.
