Although the distillery was founded in 2018, the team are very experienced, being a collaboration between La Maison & Velier (who have both been in the rum business a long time) and the Barbancourt-Linge family (who have been making rum in Haiti for a long time). A bright fresh fruity spirit, perfect in a Daiquiri.
