Raasay Single Malt R02.1 2022 Batch

Presenting The Isle of Raasay batch R02.1.  It is their standard release and is crafted with peated Concerto barley that has fermented for up to 5 days.  Maturation occured in a combination of ex-Rye casks, first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks, and new Chinkapin oak casks, and it has been bottled without added colour or chill filtration. 

The result of this exacting process is a decadent, lightly peated dram full of dark fruit and spice notes.
