Rhum J.M. XO Tres Vieux Rhum Agricole

An exquisite rhum produced by Rhum JM in Martinique.  JM harvests exceptional sugar cane from it's own estate on the slopes of Mount Pelee, and distills in traditional copper column stills.  The spirit is then aged in the tropics for 6 years in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks and finished in limosin oak, giving the rhum it's colour and complexity.

Official Tasting Notes
Nose - Rich and full-bodied, with a cornucopia of candied and dried fruits, followed by pleasant gingerbread notes (honey, nutmeg, cinnamon and vanilla).  Palate - Round and balanced with the aromas on the nose, followed by sweet tonka bean. Finish - Warm, lingering and enveloping.
