The first official release from Worthy Park epitomizes a true single estate rum. The molasses is produced in their own on-site sugar factory using sugar cane harvested from their own land.
An exquisite rhum produced by Rhum JM in Martinique. JM harvests exceptional sugar cane from it's own estate on the slopes of Mount Pelee, and distills in traditional copper column stills. The spirit is then aged in the tropics for 6 years in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks and finished in limosin oak, giving the rhum it's colour and complexity.
Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean is an interesting white rhum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice grown near the waterfront of southern Martinique.

The Real McCoy 12 year old is a blend of column and pot still rums distilled in Barbados at the famous Foursquare distillery. Distilled at the iconic Foursquare distillery in Barbados, The Real McCoy 5 Year Old Distiller's Proof is a small-batch blend of pot-still and column still rums, which has been matured in heavily charred American oak bourbon casks, and bottled at a higher strength of 46%. Facundo Neo is a white rum that is a blend of Puerto Rican and Bahamian rums that are carefully selected, aged in oak casks, and then charcoal filtered. The result is a surprisingly rich white rum with notes of banana, spice and chocolate.

Australian distillery Never Never's Triple Juniper Gin uses a three-times concentrated process where juniper is steeped in wheat spirit for 24 hours then added to the still along with more fresh juniper with even more added to the vapour basket. Add in eight other botanicals, including coriander, lemon and lime peel, and Australian pepper berry, and you have a juniper lover's dream gin.
