The first official release from Worthy Park epitomizes a true single estate rum.  The molasses is produced in their own on-site sugar factory using sugar cane harvested from their own land.

An exquisite rhum produced by Rhum JM in Martinique.  JM harvests exceptional sugar cane from it's own estate on the slopes of Mount Pelee, and distills in traditional copper column stills.  The spirit is then aged in the tropics for 6 years in carefully selected ex-bourbon casks and finished in limosin oak, giving the rhum it's colour and complexity.

Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean is an interesting white rhum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice grown near the waterfront of southern Martinique.

Hailing from Martinique, Trois Rivieres VSOP agricole rhum is an aromatic rhum with notes of spice, gingerbread, honey and tropical fruits.

The Real McCoy 12 year old is a blend of column and pot still rums distilled in Barbados at the famous Foursquare distillery.  The spirit is then racked to mature for 12 years before being bottled without additional sweeteners, flavours, or colours.  This is the distiller's proof version which is bottled in smaller batches and at a higher strength for added robustness in cocktails, and more flavor complexity when served neat. 

Distilled at the iconic Foursquare distillery in Barbados, The Real McCoy 5 Year Old Distiller's Proof is a small-batch blend of pot-still and column still rums, which has been matured in heavily charred American oak bourbon casks, and bottled at a higher strength of 46%.  In a nod to famed rum-runner Bill McCoy who only offered the purest, highest quality spirits, it is offered without added sweeteners, flavourings, or caramel colouring. 

Named for Bill McCoy, America's most notorious rum runner, Real McCoy rums are produced in Barbados at Foursquare distillery and uphold McCoy's reputation for highest quality which originally earned the phrase, "the real McCoy." The 3 year old version is aged in bourbon casks, charcoal filtered and bottled at a higher strength so it holds up well when mixing into your favourite cocktail.

To honor their founder, Don Facundo Bacardi Masso, Bacardi has launched their Facundo range, sourced from the private reserves of the Bacardi family.  Facundo Neo is a white rum that is a blend of Puerto Rican and Bahamian rums that are carefully selected, aged in oak casks, and then charcoal filtered.  The result is a surprisingly rich white rum with notes of banana, spice and chocolate.

Developed with feedback from bartenders, Never Never's Southern Strength Gin has been crafted as the perfect gin for cocktails.  Using their triple juniper process, they've upped the amount of coriander, angelica root, and lemon peel and bottled at higher abv to create a bolder, fresher, more botanical focused gin.  

Australian distillery Never Never's Triple Juniper Gin uses a three-times concentrated process where juniper is steeped in wheat spirit for 24 hours then added to the still along with more fresh juniper with even more added to the vapour basket.  Add in eight other botanicals, including coriander, lemon and lime peel, and Australian pepper berry, and you have a juniper lover's dream gin.
