From around 1000 meters above sea level in the Uco Valley in Mendoza and 25 year old vines. This isn’t any old chardonnay, unfined, unfiltered with minimal intervention to the wine. Following natural fermentation, the wine then spends 12 months in old oak. Incredibly low production of only 3,000 bottles makes this wine incredibly unique.
