Rum & Cake Spiced Rum

Dark rum infused with hogweed seed parkin cake (yeah, like real cake). The hogweed seed lends a citrus-y, spicy flavour to the palate - think ginger or cloves. The spirit is then cold filtered (they have to get the cake out) and blended with molasses and Scottish spice.

Official Recommend Serve

Neat or over ice with an orange twist, or topped with ginger ale/ apple juice.

Official Tasting Notes

Palate – Big, bold and well rounded. Warmth of ginger and clove with orange zest and a touch of caramelised fennel. Mouthfeel: Rich, buttery and full bodied.
