A combination of different cider apple juices with Somerset Cider brandy, and then aged for 2 years. This extra ageing adds lots of complexity and fuller flavours to this tasty pomona. Great as a digestif.

The Somerset Cider Brandy team really kickstarted Cider Brandy production in the UK. In 1984 Julian Temperley began the long process of obtaining the UK’s first licence, and now what they have is orchards, and a distillery for making these excellent brandies and pomonas.
