A complex, juicy, fruity sour ale by Tempest Brewery in the Scottish Borders. Made with a 90/- , aged on a mixed yeast culture in Speyside whisky barrels. They then add hand picked cherry juice to this heady brew.

Official Tasting Notes

Nose: Oaky funk, intense cherry, mildly phenolic.

Palate: Complex fruit character with funk and tart cherry.
