By refermenting with Scottish wild heather honey and ageing in Old Fitzgerald bourbon casks, Tempest has created a barley wine that is rich and smooth beyond compare. Expect notes of fruitcake, vanilla and molasses in combination with the oak of the casks and the heather honey.
