Trois Rivieres Cuvee de L'Ocean is an interesting white rhum distilled from fresh sugarcane juice grown near the waterfront of southern Martinique. The result is a rhum with a unique minerality and salty character. Trois Rivieres suggests pairing it with seafood or creating a fresh maritime take on the Daiquiri. 

Official Tasting Notes
Nose - It enters on appealing notes of sugarcane flowers followed by original mineral and seawater nuances.

Palate –  The taste is robust, rich, full and surprisingly mineral.

Finish –  The finish is long and absolutely unique, evolving between mineral and salty notes.
