A plastic packaging free zone
Two friends started up this garagiste winemaker in 2012, focusing on Rhone varietals yet with the own distinctive interpretation. Everything in the winery is hand picked and then vinified with minimal intervention. This is very much not your standard Viognier Marsanne blend the addition of Criolla Blanca (Pedro Ximenez) turns this into an interesting and unequivocally unique wine. The three vvarieties are co-fermented in concrete, before 90% is sur lie for 11 months, with the other 10% aged under flor in French oak barrels. This interesting winemaking has led to a delicious, fresh, wine.

Staff Tasting Notes Fresh pear, layered upon brioche, pineapple and sweet cantaloupe melon. The palate is textural, with an incredibly long nutty finish.
